Manage Quality > Measure the Action:
See www.quality-tnl3000.com

Rank the action:
- Compare your action to the actions of others and reinforces only you.
Rate the action:
- Compare your action to a ‘pre-set criteria’ of action.
When the action is not defined enough to count then ‘judge’ the action.
When the action is measured then we have an indicator of the action.
When developing indicators, select the useful indicators (cost, time, quantity, & quality) to measure.
Detail the indicators. For example:
- Breakdown the costs into labor & material.
- Breakdown the quality into errors & class.
Select the indicator method, i.e. Count or Judge
Develop A Point System:
- Summarize ‘many indicators’ into one composite indicator.
- A point system will:
- Reinforce, but not punish ourselves.
- Clarify the expectations of our leaders.
